Turnout Blankets

Horse turnouts are always waterproof and made of a durable, rugged fabric that can stand up to the rigors of the horse’s environment and horseplay. The strength of the fabric is indicated by its denier which typically ranges from 420D to 1680D. Turnout blankets, insulated with varying weights of polyfil, allow freedom of movement and breathability while keeping the horse warm and dry and are normally.  The warmth of the blanket is measured in grams of polyfil, from 100 to 450 grams.
